In a region of the city, where the building codes almost define the mass of the building, the building is designed durable to pollution, reflects corporate identity and is recognized by its simplicity, within its envorinment. Facade is designed on modular basis and cladded with metalic, porcelain ceramic plates, a product of Eczacıbaşı, fixed mechanically. Building includes 8 office levels, ground level,  6 basements, an auditorium with 150 seats, a restaurant with 400 seats.
