TEB Management provided a design brief for the simplest and most functional operational building, similar to a production plant, to be built in phases. Two identical blocks were planned with a street courtyard in between with all the areas having opened ceilings. The building has 2000 occupants, very fluently circulating in the building. A restaurant is planned in the basement for 1040 persons, supported by two internal courtyards. A glass entrance building is designed with two gardens on each side, to create a welcoming experience.
