The historical residence building, on the Bosphrous, moving towards the sea, which was used by the İstinye dockyard management for long time is restored supporting both the ground and the structure. Offices, a meeting hall for international meetings and a restaurant is planned in the building, while a pool, pooldeck for banquets and landscape design is arranged in the garden. Keeping the planned timing, budget and work flow was one of major targets of the work.

1997-1998 Architectural, interior, restoration design, lead consultancy, project coordination and construction management services were provided.
