The restaurant, with 1500m2 area, of a corporate building, is planned to serve the public, as well. The brief was to design a competitive restaurant with a minimum budget and shortest construction time. A big open space was designed to integrate a self service cafeteria, a café house, brasserie and an a al carte restaurant, with supporting service areas. A team consisting of kitchen designer, MEP engineers, structural, security and landscaping consultants were leaded. The building was in operation during the construction period. The total time for design and construction works was 9 months.
2011-2012 Architectural, interior design, lead consultancy, project coordination and construction supervision services were provided.
