Concept design , which is prepared jointly by the Moscow city architects, Mosproekt, and by Doğan Tekeli-Sami Sisa is developed and realized by TAM. Main building of the complex, consisting of 8 blocks, including Bank, Hotel, Clinic, Auditorium, Sports Hall and Health Club, Communications Blocks, is the Headquarters, being the highest building in the city with 36 levels.
