The building is designed on the adjacent site of Mercedes Marketing & Spare Parts Center. Providing architectural integrity between two sites was the main concern, while emphasizing the importance and dominance of the Headquarters Building. The grand atrium is a major element of the design, creating a green and social envorinment within the building. The restaurant is treated as a separate building, contributing to the social lives of people. 

2005-2008 Interior design service is provided along with architectural, lead consultancy and construction supervision services.
