The building, within the Education City, whose concept design was provided by Izosaki, includes 6 big halls with various functions, various meeting rooms, foyers, VIP areas and all support services. Project support services were provided within a design and build model, supplying detailed design, design coordination, review of shop drawings and construction monitoring services were provided. Lead consultancy services were jointly provided with RSA.
